Male Fawn Desexed Pug X – 8.7kg

Hi I’m Timothy…
I’m a young pug x who’s the goodest and goofiest boy and very hopeful that a family will soon adopt me…
I love to play play play….
I could wrestle, run and play tug of war with my pug and pug x buddies all day….
Ok yes I do love sitting on the couch chewing my chewy bone as well…
And I also think that watching tv and snuggling up to my foster puggy sister is swell…
I may have accidently chewed on some timber cabinet handles because I am a big puppy…
It’s ok I’m not even one years old yet so my foster mum forgives me..
I’ve learnt so much whilst in Pug Rescue care including how to be picked up and handled, socalise nicely with other doggies and play…
And yes I know to go outside to go to the toilet yay….
And I’m much better at not jumping up they say…
I really like walkies lots and walk at a good pace…..
Going on adventures I think is ace….
I am excellent at sitting and waiting and I settle down nicely at night to sleep in my crate…
Which I am more then happy to share with a puggy mate…
When I arrived at Pug Rescue I wasn’t desexed and they recognised my breathing wasn’t the best it could be….
I had very stenotic nares (slit like nostrils) and would get quite huffy and puffy…
So Pug Rescue had Dr Ricky and the Melbourne Animal Referral Services Team perform my BOAS surgery including nare widening, a tonsillectomy and a folded flap palatoplasty and they also desexed me…
Two plus weeks of crate resting, hand feeding soft food and meds and now my breathing is excellent and I am living the life…
Of a fit young teenage puppy boy who brings everyone much delight..
So if anyone is looking for a goofy fit and happy puggy x boy like me…
Please send Pug Rescue an adoption enquiry…
As I promise that I will fill my furever home with lots of glee….
TIMOTHY XXX
Timothy sleeps in an indoor crate that he is happy to share with another female pug. He is also very happy to sleep/relax on a doggy bed with another dog or by himself.
Timothy is toilet trained.
Timothy walks well on a lead and harness. He pulls a bit at the start of walks but is actually a really nice walker.
Timothy knows how to sit and wait and understands when it’s time to go to his crate.
Timothy’s furever home wishes:
♥ OTHER PUG/ PUG X – YES! Timothy lives with other pugs/xs in his foster home. They have helped him greatly with socalisation and he loves to play with them and cuddle up at night to a friend. Timothy will not be rehomed with other male dogs nor other completely different breeds of dogs. Timothy will not be rehomed as a single dog.
♥ HUMANS – Timothy is seeking active humans that can keep up with him and that can show him positive leadership.
♥KIDS – Timothy would be great with older primary school aged kids and high school aged kids.
♥FENCING – Timothy requires secure brick, timber or colourbond fencing.
♥CATS – No we are sure he will chase.
♥EXERCISE – Timothy requires at least a 30+ minute walk a day and several hours of play time.
