Handsome Harry letting everyone know that now that Pug Rescue has turned my life around…
I’m available for adoption and the search is on for a pawfect furever home for me to be found..
I promise that I am the nicest boy ever and with lots of work Pug Rescue has calmed my Harry Houndini wriggling tricks….
And any furever family that adopts me will love me to bits…..

I arrived into Pug Rescue care quite overweight, needing to learn some manners and how to be calm, needing a dental and huffing and puffing for air…
I also had yucky ears and quite a bit of excess dead hair…
Vaccination, ear infections treated and major dental to remove tartar and 7 yucky teeth at Knox Vet by Dr Laura……
I huffed and puffed due to BOAS “Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome” and was a bit if a snorer….
So Pug Rescue granted me specialist airway surgery by Dr Ricky of Geelong Animal Referral Services including a folded palatoplasty to trim and reduce the thickness of my soft palate, a tonsillectomy and widening of my nostrils/nares…
After two weeks of crate resting and hand feeding I’m very excited to share….
That my breathing has improved and I no longer huff and puff for air…
Oh and I also lost over 3kg of excessive weight….
So now my health is absolutely great….

I know how to sit and wait and will do what I am asked…
I love walkies and can go very fast fast…
I’m great with puggy friends and love a game, enjoy toys and also adore snuggling and cuddling on the couch…
So if there is someone out there that would let me come live at your house it would be grouse…
