A petite pretty little one year old black puggy girl with a big heart…
Lilly is looking to make a fresh start…
Cheeky, playful, fit and health and bursting with energy….
Lilly says she’s learnt to sit and wait as well as socalise, in Pug Rescue care, and is ready for a furever family to adopt me….

Arriving into Pug Rescue care with a sheltered turbulent past meaning she was a bit wild but also a bit scared of new things…
Lilly has blossomed into a young princess pug who is likes to express her happiness with her little “woo woo woo” which she tells us is her singing…

Lilly has undergone gold standard brachy vet care with all her vaccinations now up to date and her desexing/spaying being performed by Dr Kent at Knox Vet Clinic recently….
Then Dr Ricky and the Geelong Animal Referral Services Team performed BOAS “Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome” surgery involving a folded palatoplasty to thin and trim Lilly’s long soft palate, a tonsillectomy to remove her enlarged tonsils and widened her stenotic nostrils/nares which have all helped ensure Lilly from a young age for the rest of her life more easily breathe…
Lots of behavioural training and exposure training has also occurred to teach and show Lilly how the puglife is done…
Meaning that Lilly has now blossomed into a smart little girl who loves cuddles and is definitely always up for fun….

Lilly absolutely loves playing with soft toys…
And doing zoomies, playing chasey and wrestling with her pug foster siblings brings her incredible joy…
Walkies for Lilly are an absolute blast…
She is fantastic on the lead and yes can go very far and fast….

Lilly can’t wait to find an active furever home with a young fit puggy boy as her best friend…
A yard to do zoomies in and some comfy beds to curl up in at days end…
A few older kids to play with Lilly thinks would be a great and a mum and dad that will treat her like a princess…
If this sounds like your home Lilly says please send an adoption enquiry to Pug Rescue with Lilly as the subject….

Lilly’s furever home wishes:

♥ ANOTHER PUG – Yes! Lilly absolutley needs a male companion pug. A healthy male pug – desexed, well trained and well socialised, non reactive, non dominant, calm, healthy weight (between 6kg to 8kg), aged between approx 1.5years to 3 years. Lilly loves the companionship as well as playing wrestling and chasey other pugs and they have also helped her behaviour and to burn off energy. Lilly is not suited to being placed with another female pug as there will be nasty same sex fights. Lilly is not suitable to be homed with another breed of dog. Lilly is not suited as a single pug, many of her behavioural issues when she arrived into care was due to her having been a single pug.
♥ HUMANS – Lilly is seeking humans that can provide her with strong leadership. She is responsive to being shown the correct way to do things and thrives with routine. She is young and extremely smart and understands instructions but can worked up at times. Cindy can never be allowed to become overweight!!!!
♥KIDS – Cindy would be fine with older school aged children.
♥ Cindy as with all of our pugs requires secure brick, timber or colourbond fencing.
♥CATS – Unsure.
♥EXERCISE – Cindy requires at least a 30 to 40 minute walk a day.
♥WORKING HOURS – Not suitable for homes where she would be left without humans for 6+ hours a day on a regular basis.
♥Lilly absolutely requires air-condition.
♥Access to the inside of her house 24/7 and an indoor bed.
♥HOUSE & YARD SIZE/TYPE: Cindy needs a home with a small to medium yard and is not suited to townhouses/units that have no or very tiny outdoor areas.

Medical notes:
