Can you tilt your head like Arni?
This little guy is now seeking a furever family..
His Pug Rescue rehab including vetwork, weight loss and behavioural retraining is now complete..
He is searching for furever couch to lounge on and furever home floor on which to tap his little feet..
Due to extremely tragic circumstances Arni found himself in Pug Rescue care a bit confused…
He also had yucky ears and teeth, didn’t like having his ears and face touched, was a bit shy and standoffish and had a bit of weight to lose…
Vaccination, ear infections treated and major dental to remove tartar and 16 yucky teeth at Knox Vet has been done……
Over 2.5kg of weight loss (was 10.5kg now 7.9kg) and learning to have his ears and face handled and cleaned without screaming and yelling at foster mum…
Growing in confidence Arni now loves a cuddle and pat….
And sitting on laps..
A gentle intelligent lad who is great with kids, great with other pugs and likes playing with toys…
He will share his bed, even with his foster cat siblings, and will sit and wait for dinner like a good boy …
He loves walkies and will strut along very nicely …
Arni says he would make a great edition to any family…
If Arni sounds like the boy for you please send an adoption enquiry through…
And help make his furever home dreams come true…

Arni’s furever home wishes:
♥ ANOTHER PUG – YES! Arni has always lived with another pug and in foster care he lives with other pugs and enjoys their companionship. He is a well socalised well mannered boy. He likes to play and also cuddle with other pugs. Arni is seeking a similar aged healthy female desexed pug (between 6 to 9 years) that is well socalised and non reactive as a companion. Roni will not be rehomed with other male pugs/dogs. (If you have a very senior male pug that does nothing as well as a younger female pug then we may consider Roni being ok). Arni will not be rehomed as a single pug. Arni will not be rehomed with other breeds of dogs.
♥ HUMANS – Arni is seeking humans that can show him positive leadership and routine. Arni can never be made by his humans to become overweight!!!!
♥KIDS – Arni would be fine with young children who are respectful to dogs. He has previously lived with babies/toddlers.
♥FENCING – Arni as with all of our pugs requires secure brick, timber or colourbond fencing.
♥CATS – Arni would be fine with cats and is currently fostered in a home with cats.
♥EXERCISE – Arni requires at least a 20+ minute walk a day.
♥WORKING HOURS – Not suitable for homes where he would be left without humans for 6+ hours a day on a regular basis.
♥Arni absolutely requires air-condition.
♥Access to the inside of his house 24/7 and an indoor bed.
♥HOUSE & YARD SIZE/TYPE – Arni may be fine in a house/townhouse with a smaller yard. He will bark at strange noises but if he has access to inside all of the time this will not be an issue.
Medical notes:
